When Covid hit in March of 2020, many people turned their thoughts toward enhancing the comfort of their homes. Home equals sanctuary: a place of peace, safety, and wellness. Founded in 2021 by Lauren Imbruglia, Deeply Rooted—Ridgewood’s first and ONLY dedicated plant shop—brings that feeling to Bergen County by inspiring customers to grow sanctuaries of their own. As a mom of three adult children and "Lala" to two grandchildren (with another on the way!) Lauren slowly added plant mom to her title. Hoping to help her husband breathe easier after his Covid experience, she filled their home with more greenery. Today, our main goal is to make your spaces more serene and healthy through indoor plants, small trees, succulents, and fun plant care items.
